needed many pictures of drowned people as refrence.

I thought of making him eyeless..but nahhh
looks better with bloodshot eyes

of course I made him actually look wet.

and in my view, no he doesn't kill.
he only appears where he drowned, drowning every time you see him.


imagine you're diving and you see him drowning aggressive, try to help and suddenly he's gone.
